Jobs & Responsibilities:
- To source, identify, and assess talents in the market for suitable positions.
- To handle daily administration tasks including standardized the CV received to company’s fixed template CV (approximately 10 daily).
- To handle accounting administration tasks such as issuing invoices and follow up on the debtor aging (sending payment reminders to arrear payment) and reporting for Account Receivable & Account Payable status.
- To engage in business development activities, understand client’s talent acquisition strategies and requirements and create new source.
- To provide professional career advice and solutions to both candidates and clients when necessary.
- To be kept abreast of employment trends and market news.
- To build, maintain, and enhance relationship with both candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in related field (Business Management / Accounting / Sales & Marketing etc)
- Speak fluently in both English & Cantonese and written English is a MUST.
- Preferably 2 years working experience in similar role or recruitment agency.
- Soft skills: Detailed minded, team player, proactive communicator and self-motivated
- Candidate with more sales skills may be considered to become a Recruitment Consultant in the future.
