Job Scope:
- Manage social media platforms and respond to online inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and invite prospects to visit the retail shop for personalized consultations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and engaging attitude when interacting with clients in person and online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage social media and digital tools to enhance sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- At least 3-5 years in sales, preferably in retail or jewellery-related sectors.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus (advertisements and social media).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in handling online inquiries via social media or other digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
