Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional seeking a stable and fulfilling career? Join our team as an Accounts Executive and take charge of a diverse range of financial and administrative responsibilities in a supportive and professional environment.

Job & Responsibilities:

  • Full Spectrum Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple companies (internal and third-party), including accounts receivable/payable, month-end closings, financial reporting, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processes, including payslips, staff claims, and reimbursements.
  • Corporate Compliance: Assist with company secretarial tasks and liaise with auditors when necessary.
  • Client Invoicing & Follow-Up: Prepare service agreements, generate invoices, follow up on client payments, and address client inquiries related to invoicing.
  • Petty Cash Oversight: Manage petty cash claims and monthly reimbursements for colleagues.
  • Administrative Support: Perform ad-hoc clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (both are a plus).
  • Professional Expertise:At least 3 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Soft Skills:Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized in work approach.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to handle tasks independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
