Our client is an award-winning wine trading platform, dedicated to facilitating wine trade between the Asian and European markets. Their platform offers real-time market pricing, enabling wine lovers to access transparent trading information, along with professional cross-border logistics and storage services. They also provide wine asset management and investment services, creating more diversified wine opportunities for our clients.

Job & Responsibilities:

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support, including email correspondence, maintaining records and documentation.
    • Perform administrative tasks, including invoicing, placing purchase orders, and liaising with global red wine vendors.
    • Support simple accounting tasks such as data entry and preparation of invoices.
    • Handling customer service inquiries related to marketing campaigns or products.
  • Secondary / Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
    • Support the management of the company’s social media accounts and content posting (Visual design + copywriting) using simple tools such as Canva.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Able to speak and type in Cantonese, Chinese, and English.
  • Hands-on experience with the accounting software – Dynamics is a plus.
  • Proficient in speaking and typing in Cantonese, Chinese and English.
