Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking AI Specialist to drive the adoption of AI tools within our internal team and client organizations.
This role focuses on exploring new AI technologies, improving business workflows, and delivering practical training to enhance productivity across departments.
You will play a key role in bridging AI tools with real business use cases, ensuring both internal teams and clients are equipped to leverage AI effectively.
Job & Responsibilities:
AI Research & Implementation
- Continuously explore and stay updated on the latest AI tools and trends.
- Identify suitable AI solutions for different business functions (HR, recruitment, marketing, admin, etc.)
- Test and evaluate AI tools for practical use in daily operations.
Internal Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with management to optimize workflows using automation and AI solutions.
- Develop simple systems or SOPs for AI adoption within the company.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Train internal management team on:
- Which AI tools to use for specific tasks
- How to integrate AI into daily workflows
- Conduct structured AI training sessions and workshops
- Provide ongoing support to internal teams
Client Training & Support
- Deliver training to clients’ staff in Malaysia on AI tools and applications.
- Provide guidance on practical AI usage for business operations.
- Support implementation of AI solutions for client projects.
Technical Setup & Support
- Assist in installation and setup of AI-related tools and systems (including tools such as Openclaw and other AI platforms).
- Troubleshoot and support users in adopting new technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, automation tools, etc.
- Ability to translate technical tools into practical business use cases
- Good presentation and training skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Proactive, self-driven, and fast learner
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in training or workshop facilitation
- Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Basic technical knowledge (installation, setup, APIs, integrations)
- Experience working with business operations or consulting
