Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Executive to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth service experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
You will act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams such as Recruitment, HR, and Sales to deliver high-quality service and ensure client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct introduction and onboarding sessions for new clients
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (Recruitment, HR, Sales) on client requirements
- Track client performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, retention, and success outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling
- Assist in preparing quotations, service agreements, and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Client-focused with strong problem-solving mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
