Our client is a professional services firm based in the UK, specializing in company formation, virtual office solutions, and accounting & tax services for businesses across England and Northern Ireland.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain client data in Excel databases, including company and personal details.
- Coordinate and schedule KYC / identity verification procedures, manage the client’s invoice via email.
- Prepare and send company registration, KYC, and document update notifications.
- Manage incoming mail, handle name changes, and issue document alerts.
- Use Microsoft Outlook to track, notify, and follow up on irregular or returned letters.
- Escalate KYC or documentation irregularities to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Support internal recordkeeping, compliance, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in KYC, client onboarding, compliance, or company secretarial support is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to speak Cantonese and read/write Chinese.
- Able to handle confidential client data with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in professional services, accounting firms, or corporate services is an advantage.
