About Our Client:
Our client is an IT management services company dedicated to providing comprehensive IT support to SME companies in Hong Kong. Our client is committed to delivering top-notch IT solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues through remote support.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in creating detailed technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Issue Logging: Record technical issues and their solutions in detailed logs for future reference.
  • Project Assistance: Support project planning and execution as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Software Sales Support: Assist in identifying client needs and recommending suitable software solutions. Support the sales team by demonstrating software products and explaining their benefits to potential clients.

 Requirements

  • Language Skills: Proficient in speaking and typing in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience Level: Open to candidates from junior to senior levels.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to provide support through text communication and over the phone, with strong proficiency in Cantonese.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in work tasks.
  • Sales Acumen: Experience or willingness to learn about software sales support. Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
