Our client is a designer toy company based in Hong Kong, specializing in high-quality collectible toys and toy-related products through collaborations with artists worldwide, while also integrating sales, marketing, and licensing strategies to expand local and international markets.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily E-commerce and digital operations across platforms and private domain channels.
- Execution of online marketing campaigns, including sourcing and managing influencers, live broadcasts, and online events.
- Support operation of official social media accounts and content scheduling.
- Assist with copywriting, proofreading and preparation of marketing content.
- Support graphic design and video editing when needed.
- Provide customer support via social media, email, or phone when required, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Act as the main point of contact between HQ and local agencies and partners.
- Assist with marketing-related and general admin tasks such as campaign progress tracking, documentation, managing invoices and compiling reports.
- Follow up on deliverables, assets and timelines to ensure projects move smoothly.
- Coordinate basic logistics such as product samples, materials.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates and Junior level are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, digital campaigns and live broadcasts.
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Comfortable using designing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut etc)
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Malay and Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and follow up proactively.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
