Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role offers direct exposure to executive decision-making, internal operations, and cross-team coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with leadership and contributing to operational efficiency.
You will work closely with the executive team and internal departments to support communication, scheduling, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Support operational workflow improvements using productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to support scheduling, research, and project follow-ups
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, recruiting schedules, and team activities
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support special projects and executive operations initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields
- 1–2 years’ experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Comfortable using digital productivity tools and AI-assisted tools
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Professional communication and strong judgment
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with tools such as Feishu / Lark, Notion, Excel, Canva or Slack
- Experience supporting executives or coordinating internal processes
- Cantonese language ability is an advantage
