Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Interior Construction Drawing Handle and develop detailed interior construction drawings.
- 3D Modeling: Generate 3D models using SketchUp.
- Rendering and VR: Produce realistic 3D renderings and virtual reality experiences to visualize design concepts.
- Design Assistance: Assist with other design-related tasks as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of working experience in the interior design field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D-Max, and SketchUp.
- Drawing Experience: Strong experience in developing interior construction drawings is essential.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Collaboration and Independence: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Design Sensibility: Strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for design.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Cantonese and read Traditional Chinese.
