They are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and high-caliber talent to join their marketing team. As a Marketing & E-Commerce Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, executing digital marketing strategies, and managing and optimizing their online store.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing plans and activities for assigned brands.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online store.
- Plan and coordinate social media activities, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends, implementing new strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and support the design of visual materials, including digital content, print materials, exhibitions, and displays as needed.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions and customer events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, Branding or business related disciplines
- 1-3 years’ experience in retail, consumer goods & e-Commerce industry are preferable
- Knowledge of using Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus
- Strong writing techniques and content creation skills
- Experience of social media management & digital / performance marketing
- Knowledge of Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads etc will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, detail-minded and result driven with multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in speaking and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Proficient with Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop is plus.
