Job & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the GMP (CM360, DV360, SA360) SME, handling complex client technical inquiries.
- Enable clients via onboarding, training, and consulting support.
- Perform tag audits (via GTM), campaign verifications, and troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Support analytics & CRO projects (setup, QA, analysis) with platforms like AB Tasty / VWO.
- Document roadmaps, best practices, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with GMP tools (CM360, DV360, SA360)
- Strong client communication & presentation skills in English + Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Solid knowledge in ad ops, media trafficking, campaign measurement
- Ability to guide clients, provide consulting insights, and manage platform adoption
- Proactive thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with GA / GTM
- Understanding of programmatic and SEM
- Exposure to technical writing & analytics tools
- Basic HTML / CSS / JS is a plus
