Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all creative self – initiative and flexible design work.
- Provide product design and development services to customers, based on the guidelines and information given by supervisor and customers.
- Research and identify suitable product and market trends for customers.
- Assist merchandising term to sourcing and product research on trends, colour, and trims for sample development.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above in Design or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Possess working experience in USA & Europe markets for Sundries, gifts and Home Décor items.
- Possess related experience in seasonal products design is a must.
- Good product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Possess strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires candidate to communicate remotely with different region of colleagues via calls and texts.
- Literate in Microsoft office programs and design related software
- Well versed with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CAD and 3D MAX
