Our client is registered as a Licensed Company Service Provider Hong Kong. Their team has over 10 years of solid experience in providing company secretarial, accounting, and financial services to numerous companies in Hong Kong. They provide “one-stop” professional services for customers in different industries and assist customers in dealing with the difficulties of many companies’ daily operations.

Job Scope:

  • Create timelines, milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project planning.
  • Follow up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to Management.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for senior managers.
  • Conduct research and gathering data to support project initiatives and encourage good decision-making practices.
  • Assist the management with budgeting, logging expenses, and filing financial reports.
  • Update and organize project files, such as meeting minutes and progress reports.
  • Support team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both speaking and typing).
  • Possesses at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services area is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photo Editor, and PDF Editor.
  • Able to work independently with patience, detailed oriented and proactive attitude.
