About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based main contractor established in 2008, specializing in renovation works, alteration and addition (A and A) works, and fitting-out projects. The company has strong experience in managing construction projects from planning through to completion, working closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator to support construction project execution, including documentation, contractor coordination, and site progress tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to construction, renovation, A and A works, or fit-out projects, and who are comfortable handling multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Job & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project documentation for site meetings, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover
  • Liaise with contractors and subcontractors on material submissions and shop drawings
  • Support construction project coordination for renovation, A and A works, and fit-out projects
  • Monitor and follow up on site progress and project updates
  • Assist Project Manager in tracking project timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain proper project documentation and records
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc project coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with construction internship are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings is an advantage
  • Familiar with contractor coordination, material submission, and site documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation tools
  • Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
