Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Standardize daily CVs received to the company’s fixed template as part of daily administration tasks
- Conduct talent mapping research and suggest suitable talents for specific roles on LinkedIn
- Manage accounting administration tasks such as issuing invoices and following up on debtor aging
- Prepare reports on Account Receivable and Account Payable status
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs (if any)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related fields such as Business Management, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, etc.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role or recruitment agency
- Soft skills such as being detail-oriented, a team player, proactive communicator, and self-motivated are required
- Candidates with strong sales skills may be considered for future roles as Recruitment Consultants
