Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Administrator to support the Property Sales Team in managing project coordination and communication. This role is critical in ensuring smooth information flow between internal sales teams and external stakeholders such as developers and solicitors. You will play a key role in supporting pre-sales and after-sales processes, ensuring all project details are accurate, updated, and well-coordinated.
Job & Responsibilities:
- Support Property Sales Team with pre-sales and after-sales coordination
- Act as the main communication point between:
- Internal sales team
- Property developers
- Solicitors and external stakeholders
- Gather, organize, and update project-related information and documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of project updates
- Maintain records and support documentation for property transactions
- Assist in preparing reports and coordinating project requirements
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working closely with different stakeholders
