Our client, The Third Teacher is a group of architects who specialize in educational design and strive to develop and modify indoor and outdoor spaces for Hong Kong’s primary and secondary schools. From STEM labs and libraries to entry halls and school history galleries, they collaborate with teachers and students to co-create designs that explore new possibilities for teaching and learning, helping to increase students’ interest in a variety of disciplines.
Jobs & Responsibilities:
- To prepare design proposals and presentation including Concept Design, 3D rendering, tender and construction drawings.
- Knowledgeable in Residential, F&B, Office, and Retail design
- To lead a team and prepare the scope of work and set a timeline for the team.
- Coordinate with internal design support members and project management teams.
- Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
- To assist Superior on ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Possesses at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, architecture, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Preferably senior designer who specializes in the residential interior design industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Enscape, MS Office, Power Point.
- Able to handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing.
- Open-minded with high level of aesthetic flair and passion
- It’s a plus for English and Cantonese speaking ability.
