Job & Responsibilities:
- Design graphics and edit videos based on client briefs, ensuring high-quality deliverables with a strong focus on digital and social media content.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for proposal pitching.
- Create internal promotional materials, including website content, leaflets, and social media assets (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube).
- Provide design guidelines and support to the China design team.
- Prepare internal presentation kits and portfolio materials.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement relevant creative strategies.
- Occasionally required to work during weekends or after working hours.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics, with a strong emphasis on digital content creation.
- Proficient in video editing and motion graphics is a MUST, with styles suited for digital platforms.
- Strong experience in social media content creation and trend adaptation (FB, IG, Threads, YouTube).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong creativity in branding, marketing, and promotional materials.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with teams and guide regional designers.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese is a must. Preferably Cantonese speaker.
