Job Scope:
- As a Trainer / Client Educator, you will play a key role in guiding clients through our platform, providing them with the knowledge and tools needed to excel. You will work directly with new clients, delivering training sessions, demonstrating product features, and ensuring that they feel confident and equipped to use the platform independently. Your technical skills and understanding of client needs will allow you to simplify complex functionalities, tailor solutions, and create lasting value for our clients.
- Conduct engaging product training sessions for clients, focusing on platform features, best practices, and automation benefits to maximize engagement.
- Organize and deliver demonstrations to showcase software capabilities, promoting ease of adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Develop training materials, guides, and resources, creating a knowledge base that answers common client questions and encourages proactive use of the software.
- Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting through digital channels like WhatsApp and Zoom, fostering a smooth learning experience.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to address client feedback, refine training resources, and contribute to product improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in software and automation platforms; familiarity with SaaS platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Prior experience in a teaching, training, or client education role, with a focus on technology or software products.
- Ability to work with tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Background in customer support or technical training is a plus.
